Family Medical History Checklist eBook

Knowing your family medical history is important, but tedious to collect—a big pain point for patients. This eBook contains:

  • A comprehensive medical history checklist

  • Details on how your health history can impact your cancer risk and whether you should consider genetic testing

  • Ideas for approaching your family and gathering information with ease

I wrote the eBook and created the outline for how it would be designed. The eBook generated 6,025+ downloads and leads as a result.

Complementary Therapy Options

After seeing an increase in searches on Google and the NBCF site for "alternative therapy" options, it was clear that our audience and people like our audience were looking for alternatives to traditional breast cancer treatments. Although they have not been medically proven to be a substitute for traditional breast cancer treatments, I researched and wrote a blog post about these therapy options as complementary so that patients could get the information they needed.

This blog post had 580+ page views and an average time on page of 4:05. The site average being 1:41
—meaning it performed 242% higher than the average.

Frequently Asked Questions

Throughout my time at NBCF, I researched topics that showed a rise through Google Trends. To drive traffic to the NBCF website, we had a content marketing strategy where we developed content that matches highly searched keywords.

I personally synthesized complex research reports and information from trusted health sources into content that was consumable and easy for patients to understand.
